House Specific

We have invested a large amount of design time in developing our Cloud Nine houses. By designing the houses in advance we have been able to reduce the professional fees required to deliver your project to just a 6% charge for the house specific works.   This covers the house design, structural works, regulatory matters (such as pre-approval of house specific building regulations under the LANTAC scheme).

Site Specific

The site specific works we can help you with.  We may have a local Agent or Partner Architect who can assist with planning, landscape design, selecting our housing options that are appropriate for your site, services connection, project management , and the minor footings construction.  Should you choose, we can also supply information to your local architect/structural engineer/landscape architect/planning consultant.   This all depends on what your project needs.

The site specific works should also be at a reduced rate (as indicated in the table above) and should be a maximum of 4%.
