The guideline prices include:-
Fitted kitchens and bathrooms
Micro-power and heating options appropriate for level 4 code for sustainable homes
Air heat recovery / ventilation system
Naturally, a lot of this comes down to the choices you make about the features you'd like. But let's start with the basics. Our standard buildings come with eco-level build materials, an eco heating system, flat roofs and a solar thermal panel for solar heating and hot water.
So, the prices here are indications only, you'll need to speak to us for price information which is more specific to the options you've selected, and we can provide more detail regarding the product to be delivered.
The prices are based on the supply of 5 houses per site, (where transport and other costs are aggregated). Single house purchase carries a premium of between 7-11%. Prices do not include VAT. These prices do include delivery, assembly and commissioning of the building. We leave the building finished: interiors plastered and painted, doors hung, lights installed, plumbing connected and wooden floors laid throughout. You'll need to budget for extra costs for preparing the site: basic foundations; crane hire; connecting the services to the site; and for any additional options, like a pitched roof, if that's what you've decided. We supply the technical information and can help with the arrangements, for example with the crane company if you need us to.
