Once you've decided on the exact design and layout of your building, the foundations need to go down, and we'll let you have all the information you need. The specifics will depend on your local soil; we recommend you consult a structural engineer and hire a local builder. We're always available to help and comment though, and obviously this is the stage at which you'll be embedding water and sewage piping as well as arranging the electricity supply. (These foundations are typically 12 concrete pads 600x600x600mm) It might be you need to have the foundation drawings approved, check the ‘Planning' section. Once they're down, we'll come and double-check everything before the modules are delivered.
