access to your site

As explained above, your house arrives module by module; this means the transporters need to be able to drive up, one by one, and offload their cargo by crane. Here are the relevant facts and figures:

We need access for a 80-130 ton mobile crane; it needs to be on a hard-standing area and have room for its extending stabilisers.

The crane will lift each module 8-16m clear of the crane and on to the foundations.

The crane's about 3m wide when it's on the road, but allow 8m for when it's working.

We recommend you have a good look at your site and take some measurements.

But don't worry, if you think access might be a problem, get in touch; and crane surveys can be done so nothing's left to chance.
