If you need a plot to locate your new Cloud Nine house, and your plot search is not proving successful, then Cloud Nine ecohamlets may provide the solution.
Cloud Nine ecohamlets is a web based means to bring together Cloud Nine private clients who need that elusive plot, with developers or landowners with plots of commercial land who are sympathetic to creating ‘ecohamlets’ of between 5 – 15 houses per site. Cloud Nine may locate the landowners, or yourselves.
All you have to do is to register on the Cloud Nine website and tick the “Are you interested in Cloud Nine Hamlets” tick box, then select your desired area to live in and let us know any other information in “notes”.
We will collate numbers of people interested in different areas, and when between 8 to 10 have registered we will e-mail everybody to let them know there is a potential group for a Cloud Nine ecohamlet. We may have already been contacted by a landowner in that area, or members of the group might find plots themselves. The proposition to commercial landowners is quite straight forward, and gives them an opportunity to sell homes on a site, that the current market in particular might not provide. The private client might be able to select their chosen Cloud Nine house on the relevant plot within the proposed scheme.
